Amid the ongoing global economic crisis, more and more people in the third-world countries are trying to work doubly hard to save their families from famine. Today, the Philippine government is talking about exploration of renewable energy to save millions of pesos in importing oil for energy. Aurora, a Philippine province in the eastern Pacific Coast, is now exploring the possibility of putting up windmills in their area to generatge power for its investors and to sell the same to the National Power Corp. Sen. Edgardo Angara and his sister, Aurora Gov. Bellaflor Angara are now working hand in hand with Legarda to realize this project.
